The Strategic  Business Units have  5 standard houses with  35 rooms altogether (2 beds in each room)  meant for accommodation services to interested individual clients and Organisations.The rooms  can accommodate 35  people   and 70 people on  a  non –sharing and sharing  basis respectively .Each house is a detached and self contained spacious  facility  adorned with modern facilities to make clients  stay  more comfortable .The rooms are superbly furnished   with an elegant style  which comprises of   ensuite bathrooms and showers  and DSTV gardets . In consideration of the hot climate of Mwenezi ,the  rooms are grass thatched and clay tile  roofed to give a  basic accommodation experience. Situated in  a naturally  vegetated  environment ,the place is dressed up in grendeur that meet your greatest expectations.

RESTAURANT /DINING HALL

A dining hall which can take up to 60 well seated participants complements the accommodation and conferencing facilities. Our resident head Chef is passionate about using the freshest, locally sourced ingredients from the community to create a range of contemporary and classic dishes so that clients are sure of a superb meal. The restaurant offers a wide variety of delicious meals and soothing soft drinks. Buffered meals are offered at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Traditional delicacies like Mopane worms, dried natural vegetable, traditional chicken etc, are also served .The traditional chicken for meals are readily available from the indigenous poultry project. Offsite restaurant deliveries are available. Great food, coupled with impressive accommodation and conference facility makes MDTC the stylish place to relax.   .
