MDTC has ten board of trustees which governs the organisation  with 7 elected from the community members and 3 Ex Officials representing the Local Authorities ,Chiefs  and Area Training Committees which is MDTC grass roots structures. The board is responsible for ensuring that the organisation is appropriately managing the resources entrusted to it. The board meets once on quarterly basis and have annual general meeting at the end of every year with Area Training Committees and organisation’s staff.
