INTRODUCTION
Mwenezi Development Training Centre [MDTC] is a vibrant community based organization operating in Mwenezi, Chiredzi, Beitbridge and Masvingo districts. MDTC implements diversified community development and humanitarian programmes which are funded by various funding partners. MDTC upholds and continues to train its staff on humanitarian principles, NGO code of conduct, prevention of sexual abuse and exploitation, child protection issues, incident management protocols, flow chart, PVO/NGO regulations, government protocols on reporting and communication to enhance capacity of its staff to interact with community leaders, members and stakeholders effectively.
